Pump and Pressure Tank Installation

After the well is completed your pump and pressure tank is installed. A water line is dug from your well to the structure that houses your pressure tank. To ensure that your water line does not freeze during the winter the pitless adapter and water line are dug 6 ft deep. Once the pipe and wire are in, the pitless is welded on and the pump is set the trench is then filled back in.

While the work is happening outside we are also installing the pressure tank on the inside. The tank is set with the tank tee that has a hose bib, sampling faucet, pressure gauge and pressure switch on it and stubbed up to a ball valve for your plumber to connect to. Once the tank is set then the system is tested and the water is then sampled and sent in for testing.
